Test your Solution
This is a good moment to contact the clients/potential user and receive feedback.
Try to make your idea tangible. Not a power-point to explain what you are going to make, but an actual prototype.
Visualizing allows more space for the emotions and the experiences of the clients. Build it with low-cost materials and don’t make it perfect. Don’t make something fancy; it is a work in progress. This makes it easier for the clients to give feedback.
Don’t explain or defend your prototype, but ask the clients what they see/experience. Ask questions, observe and listen. What do they like? What don’t they like? What can be strengthened? See it as a co-creation. It’s a good moment for collaboration. It brings you closer to the desired future. It is also a way to create capacity for your solution.
